Hi. I'm Jennifer. I have signed a lease for a large 1 bedroom apartment in Brighton Arm's III Neptune City. I moved in August 26th, 2011. I am living in the living room space. It is 11x18. There is an enclosed patio, pool and laundry all on premises. The patio is off of my living space. Full dining room 9x9, kitchen and bath. 2 large closets in the hall are mine and there are 2 huge closets in the private bedroom. Only one entrance. The bedroom enters into the hallway and kitchen. The bedroom is 15x11. I prefer that I furnish the room - I have a brand new queen malm bed a 2 drawer nightstand a a three drawer dresser from ikea of a dark brown wood that is being put together by the movers and a blue loveseat for the room. (see pictures there is a lot of room including the Queen bed.

About Me:

I am a young professional female who works 10-3 part time. I smoke outdoors only and have adopted a medium size pitt/lab mix. The lease has already been approved in my name only. I need applicants to apply as occupant only, meaning there is a background check but no credit check and you are not responsible for the lease. The bedroom is $575 and utilities run $50-$75 for cable internet and electric. The gas, heat and hot water are included in the rent.
