There are actually 2 full size rooms, one can be used as an office or whatever you want. They are seperated by a bath with a large linen closet and the laundry room. The living room is a little small and only 1 tv, so would be good if you have your own. Wont have to deal with my goofy taste in shows. I work from home, so want to find someone that works most days. Don't want anyone feeling like they have to tip toe around while Im working. Im very laid back and like the same. I prefer a female, or gay guy or military (guy or girl) that might be gone allot is fine too.
