Mr. Schell has been working on constructing web sites for the past ten years. Randy has knowledge of HTML, Web Design and Search Engine Optimization. In owning his own mortgage company, Mr. Schell has come to see the opportunity for a better rental community online for users.
Randy started researching this idea over two years ago. With the recent decline in the mortgage market, Mr. Schell saw the time was perfect to launch this web site. Randy has spent his entire working life in management, managing as many as 100 people at one given time. Mr. Schell’s experience in the mortgage industry has given him insight as to what the mortgage industry does to the rental industry.
Randy has a BA in Public Relations from Washington State University. He has been in Retail Sales and Management for 13 years and was a Branch Manager in Mortgage Brokerage for four years.

Mr. Sorenson provides over 30 years of experience in business start-up and management.
Sorenson formed Golden State Sign Company, designing and producing innovative dimensional, electrical and screen printed signage. The Company was sold to Exhibithaus.
Sorenson formed Mirage, to address the needs of the hospitality design industry, and developed a unique product, known as Mirage Special Effect Surface Covering.
Sorenson was appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Remote Technology Corporation. In addition to managing business operations, he was also responsible for marketing and sales for the company.
Sorenson developed a Wireless, Programmable Infrared Foot Control used in Dental Imaging Systems. The company was sold to Nu-Devices, Inc.
Sorenson formed Flat Spin Media. The company provided content development services and replication of CD-ROM media. The Company was sold to Unified Signal.
Sorenson formed Craig S. Sorenson & Associates, LLC providing marketing consultation to numerous clients.
Sorenson is the Founder of OptIN Mobile, LLC, a company that provides marketing services to retail merchants using text messaging as a delivery platform. OptIN Mobile currently provides services to Qdoba Restaurants, Hooters, The Ram, Washington State University, and others
As the Originator, Owner and General Manager of 6 successful companies, Sorenson has developed excellence in areas of Business Administration, Sales, Marketing and Product Development.
Sorenson is adept in Adobe Photoshop, Flash, and numerous Web Design Programs.

Ms. McCain contributes over thirty years experience in the accounting field. Some of her previous positions include: Assistant Controller of a multi-million dollar manufacturing and research company using Cost Accounting Standards for government reporting; Controller of a national insurance wholesale corporation and a practicing Certified Public Accountant for twelve years.
As a CPA, Pam has worked with both large and small businesses in tax planning and preparation, financial reporting and financial planning. She has also had extensive training in computerized accounting systems. As a consultant, she has set up accounting systems for clients, trained personnel and supervised reconciliations and financial reporting. Her extensive accounting and management experience will contribute greatly to RentSelect.com™.
Pam has also been active as a Board member for several non-profit organizations. She holds aBA in Business Administration, Accounting, from Seattle University.

Mr. Mayes is the owner and founder, (1986) of The Marketing Connection, Inc., a consultancy that specializes in growing businesses through the dynamics of marketing. Its market niche is small to mid size companies and start-ups. Services provided include: strategic marketing (planning & execution), positioning, corporate identity systems, branding, product development as well as advertising strategies and promotional tactical development, production and implementation. The company has been involved in regional, national and international product introductions and roll-outs. It offers deep experience and expertise with broad perspective for the achievement of business goals in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to operating his current business Michael held several marketing positions with other companies. He was Marketing Director for ASC Pacific, a $100,000,000 metal building, material supply company. Michael also spent sixteen years in the Advertising Agency business as a partner in Graves & Associates where he served as executive vice president & general manager.

Jimmy is active in Internet circles and prides himself in staying abreast with new developments of techniques and technology. He has held the position of Senior Product Designer at Microsoft, where he was responsible for creating interactive experiences and designs for next generation Microsoft platforms and technologies. He supervised his team at Microsoft and has intimate working knowledge of the back-end build-out processes necessary to support advanced features and website interactivity.
